We need your assistance, please make sure that the school has contact telephone numbers for any parent or family member that your student lives with or anyone that we can contact that can reach you in the event of an emergency if you do not have a telephone. You can email your updated information to the Campus Secretary at pslott@pngisd.org Please include home, cell and work numbers with your students first and last name. If you need to update your mailing address you will need to bring proof of residency to the school office. This can be a signed lease agreement or current utility bill with your name on it.
